"I'm only giving 4 stars because of how rude the older gentleman was the last time I came here. Prices are very high and it's the only gas station for a mile in each direction so I know they make plenty on money to have more competitive prices with other places. This time the young gentleman was very polite 5 stars to him."
"I have been going to this gas station for over 10 years. I live 5 blocks away. I get gas there every week, lotto, bait, cigars, and snacks. I live next door to one of the employees. The workers are great. Well last Thursday I was there and the OWNER heard me tell the employee they should order more cigars due to I buy them all every week. I go in today and the owner decided to charge me $1.00 more per pack because they know I'll buy them. Guess what? You tried to screw over your own customers and charge more than anywhere else. Then I will not be back again. I pay for gas and snacks that are over priced for convenience, but to purposely try to screw your customers over is low. Save money people and go to the 7-11 which is cheaper. I know I will now."
"I had a 10 o'clock appointment to have work done on my car. I show up early to let them know I would like extra stuff done. Bobby the service manager is not there yet and it's already 8:45am. Granted my appointment wasn't until 10am I wanted to tell them about the extra work I wanted done. So I sit down in the waiting area they have I am told by Mandy the cashier that I can't sit there because it's for waiting customers that are having work done to there car. I told Mandy I am having work done just waiting on bobby the service manager so I can tell him about the extra work I want done. She said I can't wait there that I have to come back later she said I had an attitude witch I didn't. So I came back a few minutes later to grabe a drink then a macanic came off and said it would be 5 hours before they get to my car so I said what's the point of having a 10am appointment if it will be 5 hours before they work on it"
