"Criminal enterprise - overpriced and there’s an employee on sight dedicated to issuing fines. The machine doesn’t work to pay - won’t be going to John’s Pass anytime soon, which is a shame because all this does is hurt the small businesses."

"Don't park here or use the QR code payment. You will be charged and issued a bogus parking ticket. The citation will state either you were over your time or over your line although there are no lines in the lot. The kiosks are purposely broken so you must use the QR code. You will not get a text notification to confirm payment. But let me confirm that you may come back to a citation. We paid for 3 hr parking and within 30 minutes we got ticketed. The people are using false ticket printers and they are cited in many scam-like articles. Park elsewhere."

"If I could give a negative star, I would. Extremely over priced. When I went to add my $8 extra hour which was stated on the app, I was only allowed to add a minimum of 2 extra hours for $22. I felt scammed. Total of $44 for 4 hours."

As a local who likes to take visitors here, it’s a real shame to see such a significant parking rate increase in this great area. $26 for 2 hours. I’ll be avoiding this in the future,which is a shame because all the local shops will be impacted. Really terrible near-sighted planning by the parking company, which will cause all the local businesses to close and then have no customers to pay for the exorbitant parking rates."
