"Zero stars! Paid for parking which was expensive but whatever. Tried to pay for extra time but only allows 3 hr increments which is super expensive for a beach day. Then I just got a bill from them for $70!! On top of the $21 I paid!!!! Everyone here is right this company is scamming people. All these high tech cameras taking pics of your plates but can’t even fix up the lot, add a bathroom or even remove all the exposed electrical boxes so your kids can be safe. I will NEVER park here and I can now see why the lot was so empty on a Saturday. DONT PARK HERE!"

"Paid $16 for 3 hrs. That was the minimum. Stayed 2.5 hrs. Still got a "parking ticket". $75. Called and they said we only paid for 2 hrs. What a joke"

"The town needs to do something about this horrible property. They have cameras that record vehicles entering and leaving, so even if you turn around without staying, they will send you a parking ticket for $75. In addition, even if you paid for parking, they still send you a $75 ticket for non-payment which you will have to dispute. The property owner has outsourced the ticket management process to New Orleans Parking Authority. Contact the Better Business Bureau to file a complaint if this happens to you! Also, initiate a dispute with your credit card company. This property owner's decision to run a business like this is disgraceful to our beautiful beaches, and I cannot believe Redington Shores allows this happen here."

"I wish I could give ZERO stars. How can the city of Redington Shores allow this shady parking app at what once was a municipal fishing pier? A place designed for local families to go fishing for food on their own table..... NOT a tourist trap. The parking lot itself is breaking apart, there are no bathrooms. There is no reasonable explanation to justify the prices being charged. There is no rate posted and $16 for two hours parked in an abandoned, dilapidated parking lot is so far beyond insane, I'm ready to storm city hall. Reading other reviews claiming they were charged $50 for two hours on a holiday is also insane. THIS IS ONE OF THE LAST BEACHES STILL ACCESSIBLE TO PINELLAS COUNTY LOCALS. WE DESERVE A SLICE OF OUR BEACH FFS! If you think you need to charge this much. Make it make sense. Build bathrooms, re-pave the lot and pay a guard to keep cars from being broken into."

"Ridiculously expensive parking. Came on July 1st and got charged for “4th of July parking.” 50$ for two hours. I’ve been in Florida my whole life and have never had to pay that much for any parking."
