"Gave a 5 star because dealership did everything on their part in resolving my service issues. They kept me informed on what was being done on a daily basis, provided me with a loaner vehicle for the entire time my vehicle was in the shop, and finally after 30 days my vehicle was vehicle was delivered back to me in pristine condition and issues were repaired. My problem was the 30 days the vehicle was out of service due to the need for techs to go back and forth with Bentley in London via text or email or whatever to figure out and resolve the issues with the nav and infotainment systems. Just seemed like a lot of waisted time and effort back and forth with try this and when that didn’t work it was then try this until they find figured it out. I know a $400,000.00 + vehicle has a lot of high tech features but they should also have a quality team of techs to support it and a better way and faster time to communicate .I also received a call from Bentley Motors in Pa.let me know that they were aware of the situation and they were doing their part in expediting the repairs which I greatly appreciated.At the end of the day the vehicle was repaired but the 30 days it took was very disappointing but I do appreciate all the efforts of Bentley of Naples and their service staff for working so hard to get it done and would not hesitate to due business with them in the future"
