"I called to reserve a car for Saturday thru Thursday. Frank owner advised me to rent for the week and I agreed. When I arrived to pick up car (199? Taurus) Frank asked when would I be returning car. I said Thursday 6 pm. He said he needed to charge me for another day. I said no I've paid for the week and I would be returning the car early..why would I pay for an additional day??? Frank insisted I pay for an additional day and I refused. I was refunded and left. This place is a joke and a scam...stay away!!!"

"I had a great experience using Afa towing. John came out to tow my Jeep and he showed up in a very quick and timely manner. He was very kind and knowledgeable. He made me feel 100% comfortable with leaving my vehicle with him to bring to the mechanic and made sure the shop will receive all my information. Thank you so much for the great service!!!!"

"These guys were great! I had to get my car towed to days in a row and I had the pleasure of meeting Edward and Kevin or a Ken? I can't remember what his name was. But they were both really really nice and I had my puppy with me both times and they were really cool about the dog coming into the tow truck with me. They were really friendly and super helpful and they made the best out of my bad situation. My car had broken down and I need to take it home the first day and the next day I needed to have it towed to the dealership. They were both super nice and super helpful. I'm honestly really surprised that this company has such bad reviews!"

"The person they sent to change my tire did not know what he was doing. He parked his truck behind my car upon arrival. It was as if he had never changed a tire before as he could not get the jack to work. My car actually slipped off the jack into his truck parked behind my car leaving a dent in my back bumper. I filed a claim against this company and they are fighting me claiming it is my fault that I did not set my parking break. This is their responsibility not mine. I highly suggest you do NOT call these guys. It has been two months and they are still fighting on covering the damage that they caused. Go elsewhere"

"My family and I were on vacation in Sanibel and the serpentine belt broke on my Honda Odyssey. We had the car towed to AFA Napa on San Carlos on Friday night. New Years Eve was on Saturday. Frank assessed the situation and had someone drive to Naples to get a part for the repair Saturday morning. The car was repaired on Saturday and my family and I were able to return from vacation to Atlanta on Sunday. Then Frank called me on Monday just to make sure that I arrived back to Atlanta in good shape. I cannot say enough about the service I received. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. Old school service at a fair price! Thank you Frank!"
