List of problems: 1- windows don't work, 2- doors don't lock, 3- seat don't move 4- broken glasses "EVERYWHERE" and caused injuries (we will sue). 5- items missing 6- he promised a new permanent tag and we paid for it but refused after we questioned the above items 7- we asked for return and refunds within hours but.... "Very unprofessional! I was texting Mr. Michael Rosado via Facebook about a car for my daughter he sent me the address I told him we were on our way and we proceeded to drive from Port Charlotte to Cape Coral upon getting there I sent a couple more texts which he never viewed or responded . ( you could’ve informed me when you saw my text on my way that you were not available that day ) until we found a phone number and we called him and he answered the phone obviously at a restaurant or something ordering beer and food while the sign on his door said OPEN Saturday from 9 to 6..( no Note saying otherwise) he proceeded to tell us that he was with family and to call him after five and he would come by to show us the car.. you could’ve put a sign on the door telling people that you weren’t there that day.. needless to say we found a private seller and bought our daughter a different car and we got a great deal.. so then this morning he text me apologizing for yesterday he was with family and asking if I would like to come test drive the car today upon telling him that I bought another vehicle from somebody else yesterday and telling him exactly what I have stated up above that this was very unprofessional he should’ve texted me and told me that he was not available or put a sign on the door letting people know he stated family comes first OK I gather that I get that but consideration for others when you own a business should also be important because he wasted my time driving up there and back and who knows who else he inconvenienced because he couldn’t take a couple minutes to stick a bloody sign on the door saying family emergency not available close today I would not have waited around if that sign was on the damn door ... I wish Google allowed us to post photos because I would post my correspondence with him from Facebook . so thank you Mr. Michael for being so unprofessional! Wish you the best of luck on that! I wouldn’t recommend your business in 1 million years for anybody that was in desperate need of a car even though you give them away with only a passport. In all honesty you’re lucky that this is where I’m going to end this but one day someone will get a hold of the Better Business Bureau on you especially if this is how you conduct business."

"Unreliable... I made a appointment with the owner Mike he stated to me "I will be there all day" when I asked him what will be a good time to see the car I was interested in. When I got there he was out of the office and will not be back for at least a hour. I called him and asked him and he agreed to bring the car by my house being I could not get another ride. He never came by or bothered to call."
