"I had a pleasant experience while purchasing a 2017 Kia Cadenza at this dealership. I had recently been involved in a hit and run accident, so I was not prepared to have to purchase a new vehicle but I’m glad I made the decision to stop by Johnson Family Motors. Erick and Cory were very knowledgeable and took time to make sure everything was in order and it didn’t feel as if they were just trying to make a sale. I would highly recommend this dealership to friends and family! 5 Month Update After two weeks of having the car, the check engine light came on. I made the dealership aware immediately and eventually got a response from Corey. He attempted to help at the beginning but only replaced the two front tires, I made multiple trips to auto shops and even drove back to FL . Then, after weeks and multiple phone calls, they shipped me one cylinder 6 injector, which was not able to be used so I had to foot the bill for a $930 repair and FYI I had been in a rental car while this was occurring and still making the payment for the car. The car is still shaking while driving and the cost for the repair (Both Front CV Axles) is going to cost $1700. Thats thousands of dollars in less than 6 months. I have reached out to this dealership multiple times because they obviously sold me a bad car, I was given the run around and unanswered messages as of recent. It seems that this is just the way they do business. While the people working here may be nice and convince you they are “looking out”, they aren’t. I made it known multiple times that I was a recent college graduate and moved out of state so I needed a good car and was still sold a car full of issues. My advice to anyone is not to rush into anything and don’t take anything at face value. Purchasing this car has been my biggest regret all year and I wouldn’t want someone else to make the same mistake. Take your money elsewhere."
