"Called to discuss our cart issue. Tony came out same day and heard the same noise we did when driving the cart. He knew exactly what was wrong and gave us his best guess on the cost. He was spot on. His mechanic also noticed an issue with the tires. Pictures were sent to us to make a determination if we wanted to proceed with those repairs. Tony contacted us when the parts were coming, then when they arrived, timeframe for completion and delivery. The repair was done as soon as the part came in!! Great customer service and repair work.
