"I have been shopping for a car for the past month and a half and finally bought one that I liked at this dealership. One of the reasons I bought from this dealership is the salesman was very courteous and did not play all of the back and forth bull hockey games that a lot of the other dealerships were doing to me. I told him what I wanted, the price range I wanted, and he actually worked on trying to get it instead of going 8k above and working me down for 4 hours. I am a busy man and I don't like spending all day in a dealership and Bill the salesman respects peoples time. I was in and out in an hour with keys in hand. I will definitely be going back and I will refer my friends here. The prices on the cars are very fair and they have a good selection to choose from. It seemed as if they were selling quality used cars, not super high end, not bottom of the barrel just right. The one I purchased runs awesome and they made sure to even wash it right before I took it off the lot."
"We wanted to buy 2 SUVs...under 10 000 USD for each. The man at the dealership was so rude. He told us not to touch the car because our fingerprint will stay there...OMG who want to spend even a penny at a dealer who has this terrible customer service? We never will be back. Never."
"We went to this place to find a vehicle at a reasonable price, what we found was a sales person who was rude and not willing to help at all. Asked us what we wanted to spend a month on a payment (which was a decent amount), and proceeded to laugh at us and told us to go get a lease from somewhere else. We then proceeded to say we were done and got up to walk out and the salesperson had athe nerve to tell us "thanks for wasting my time ". What a horrible place. Do not trust this company."
"My boyfriend was looking at a car in particular and he liked it. After taking the car to the mechanic they had missing pieces to the car and blood stains inside the car. We went back to talk to the sales guy Alvin and express our concerns about the vehicle. He then stated if you want a brand new car go to a dealer this is a buy here pay here. We asked for the asking price again and then we compared it to our blue book value. They asked for 11,000 and after their in house financing 15,000. I asked how did they determine their asking price and he stated he doesn't know he will ask. So he asked and came back and said that is what the owner is asking for. I explained to him that Kelly blue book is saying the car is worth between 7700-8200... I asked him how his payments are and then he stated that people who usually ask this is usually going to be late.. I stated to him I owned a vehicle before but I just want to know how the company operates their business being that he didn't know hisself. So yes my boyfriend and I will be going to a reputable dealer. We were looking into them because we didn't want long term payments. But at this point I rather do that then deal with someone who didnt care to know much about their business. If I sign anything I need to know what I'm getting myself into. Me asking about this business is not me saying I'm going to be late... It's me being knowledgeable of the business I'm about to do business with..but I'm glad that I asked, so I know that I won't be doing business with this company or do any referring..."
