"Witnessed these men at a local Autozone store. One was very polite and respectful ( the one with no graphic on his shirt) and the other one was RUDE, being DISRESPECTFUL, and down right BULLYING the staff. Staff member tried to politely tell the gentleman it was not his store (he was one here this one day) and explained the manager could help him find his speciality item when he was done with another customer. He continually was rude and made a scene. DEFINITELY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY based off HIS actions ( the one with the graphic) Response to owner: Actually, you were incorrect and your assessment. I’ve been married for over 20 years, my husband doesn’t work there and wasn’t even there. The Autozone gentleman that were there knew exactly what they were talking about. Maybe You should look at reviews from other people about how rude and disrespectful your staff is. They speak for themselves."

"Rebecca was easy to deal with in person. But asked for a vin or car fax and was told no. Not until i show up. Well im 3 hrs away and 7 hrs from home. Save some time and send the vin. After i explained help me help you she sent me the vin#. Car was clean. Like i said she easier to deal with in person and was nice. The owner comes off dry and dickish. I asked for a few minutes to tally up some things on my phone. I was approached 3 minutes and asked to hurry up she normally isnt thier on sunday and the owneris in a hurry. . Ok so i get out the car offer a amount gor the car. She says owner will laugh and you need to test drive the car. I dont need to waste time test driving a car if were not in agreement on price. Why waste my and you time any more. So i offered the owner a price. He said no i got in the car and left. Had i asked for more pictures of the visual interior of the car i probaly wouldn't have made the extra 3 hour drive. But you roll the dice dealing with cocky onwers. Rebecca was just doing what was told. My 2 cents. If you want to sell a car. Try having a better attitude. Im not here to tire kick. They also posted car has 180k mikes. Actually has closer to 190k miles."

The owner Lorenzo met us when we arrived, he is A super person to deal with, he let us look the vehicle over as much as we wanted And when we decided to purchase it, he didn't pressure us at all, Very good job explaining the transaction.
