"After much research online, in March 2023 I purchased a pre-owned Subaru at Conley. It is the first vehicle purchased on my own through a dealership. My first dealership interaction was with a salesperson at a different dealership, and it was VERY disappointing. Upon meeting Chris Moss, I was relieved to move through the purchase process quickly and without pressure. I was given an adequate amount of information, and then, fortunately, a pristine pre-owned vehicle was on site to match my request. What has made my experience even better is the post-sale customer service. There were a few areas that needed attention with my vehicle. However, these areas have all been addressed...in my favor. Chris Moss has gone above and beyond to help at every angle. That saying, he couldn't provide such great service without the backing of the Conley dealership. I greatly appreciate the entire team. When it comes time to upgrade, I hope to find another Subaru and would certainly deal exclusively with Conley. Update: August 2024 - I have my 2015 Outback serviced only with Conley because they have the best prices (I do my research), and every visit has been flawless. Moses has been my Service Advisor. He is wonderful to work with. This last visit, I needed the rear wheel hubs replaced. The Ft. Myers Subaru service department quoted the same service at 200.00 higher than Conley. Conley service had my repair done in one hour when theirs quoted 2.5-3 hours repair time. Keep it up, Conley, and I'll keep coming back!"

"The service department is an absolute joke. Took my truck in 3 times and never got it fixed. The first time I ever went, I dealt with a technician who ended up quitting and never ordered the parts I needed, and when I returned to ask about my order they said it didn’t exist and the technician that helped me had quit. What a joke! Got a new transfer case, rear differential and tightened control arms. They couldn’t find what was wrong with the truck and none of those repairs solved the issue. My first visit I waited 5 hours for them to retorque the bolts on my control arms. Second visit they kept my truck 3 days just for a diagnosis and then a week and a half to repair it. And my final visit they kept it another week and the truck continued having the same issue right as I left after I picked it up. Communication is bad between technicians and customers. I overheard one of the technicians complaining how much he hates working there and is ready to leave! They could’ve atleast waited till I left for them to have that conversation! Ridiculous. I wish it was a more professional experience. Would not recommend at all. 0/5. They also left a nasty greasy substance on my front grill and my truck’s lug wrench on the backseat. *Pictured below* Again, extremely unprofessional."
"Easiest car buying experience ever! Our salesperson, Howard, was such a pleasure to deal with. Everyone we came in contact with was the best. Tom, the info guy is a hoot. The finance guy Chris, was the best as well. We were dreading buying a new car and this team honestly was the best we’ve ever dealt with. Kudos to Conley Subaru!"
"What a great no nonsense, no smoke and mirrors, family owned dealership. Dealerships like Conley are becoming a thing of the past. Mega dealer chains have lost connection with the very customers that afford the good life that they enjoy. Luis, my salesman was very personable and understood exactly what I wanted. I was there for a fair deal with no surprises or smoke and mirrors, which is pretty common these days. Chris the F & I guy did everything he could to get me the best out the door financing and back door options. Thank you guys. From a retired pre-owned dealership owner. Drew Cross.......
