Hertz Car Rental - Bradenton 14th Street HLE

"I have rented from this location a couple times, and on all occasions I have been assisted by Jacqueline. The service she has provided has been excellent; she is always polite, personable, knowledgeable and efficient. She is a great asset to Hertz."

"Terrible customer service. We were told to come in at 5 to pick up a reserved car. We come in at 5 and the guy who was working there (who was incredibly rude) said that they’re closed and that there were no rental cars available, despite us making a reservation. What kind of rental car company doesn’t have rental cars available?? Especially for customers who reserved one in advance! Will never come here again or any of your other locations."

"We were not aware that this would be an electric car. Our condo does not have a place to charge it in the evening. We got the car in Tampa but we’re in the Bradenton area. We had a hard time finding charging stations. We tried to trade it at the Bradenton airport. They at least gave us a list of fast charging stations in the area. There were only 2 in the area. We tried for about 45 but they only charged it some. A man said it is hard to get them above 80%. The airport said it had to be fully charge or you have to pay $35. How do you do this if you have a flight at 7 am? And it won’t charge beyond 80%, and you have to drive some to get to the airport. They were going to charge us $80 more to change to a gas car. I hope you did not charge her extra. The vehicle was a headache!"

"Jackie is always helpful and knowledgeable. She makes sure we get in and out of the office as quickly as possible and always makes our experience much more pleasant. I highly recommend going to this hertz and having Jackie take care of your rental needs. (Sometimes renting a car can be a nightmare, but not here thank goodness)"

"I got a very nice pacifica that was loaded. It came half a tank of fuel but paperwork said fuel. The guy is supposed to change it in the computer so hope he does. My wife used her credit card which is the same as mine but I had to go home and get mine with my name on it which was a pain in the a$$ but oh well. It was a great van overall."
