"Rented a mini van for a month for my family March 2024. upon arriving the two people behind the desk were extremely professional, helpful and very welcoming. As expected from this office the van was parked out front and waiting for me . I was surprised how clean it was and the whole process took less than 15 minutes. "Worst service ever. Alex is incompetent: don’t worry about your reservations because they will confirm it and give you confirmation number and still book it out from under you. Not once but twice in two weeks. Then doesn’t want to address it or find a solution. He uses his friendship with the area manager to get away with unethical behavior"
