"THIS IS A LETTER I SENT TO MORGAN AUTO GROUP, THEY OWN CAPE CORAL KIA of CAPE CORAL FLORIDA • My name is Javier Mauricio. I am a resident of Florida for the last 31 yrs. • Originally from New York City. • I am reaching out to your Mr. Morgan because of the bad experience I had with having my car repaired at Cape Coral Kia. • I am an owner of a 2015 Kia Soul plus. • I am a freelance photographer in Florida. • I was informed that Cape Coral Kia is owned by your Auto Group. • Prior it was owned by the Fucillo Family. May he rest in peace. • I had the unfortunate experience in having my car serviced in January 2024. • I can be a little difficult when service provided is not to my expectations. • The issue at hand is that I had a check engine light on. • They did a diagnostic for the amount of $180.00 • They determined that the high-pressure fuel pump was not working • After the diagnostic I had my car towed on a Sunday to the dealership. • My car was there sitting on the parking lot for a week because the parts needed was not available and they were coming from a distribution center in California. • The tech agent Josiah never followed up with me on the progress of my vehicle. • That made me very irate. I used to be a service agent myself. I always followed up with the customer. • Mr. Ed White, the service manager was very condescending to me. • He did not appreciate my frustration with Josiah. • A loner was not provided because Ed White chose not to. • When the car was fixed, they were unable to provide an Uber to pick me up. • It was a Friday of that week I picked up my car. • The amount was for $2,901 • Mr. Ed White was at bay to make sure I made the total payment. • Mr. Ed White advised to “Never come back to Kia of Cape Coral” • Believe me I will never go back to Cape Coral Kia after that derogatory statement by Mr. Ed White. • Is that how you treat your customers, Mr. Morgan. • When I got home the check engine light was on. • When I purchased the car, it did have another Kia motor. • That has nothing to do with the diagnostic found with my motor. • If the diagnostic was correct, it should have resolved the issue with the check engine light. • The next day I brought it back to the dealership. • The service manager was irate because, he did not expect me to be back. • And he did not make the effort to assist me. • Since they failed to fix the issue with the check engine light on and to this day, I still have the check engine light on. • I don’t want Ed White to call me back after this letter about my check engine light issue. I have no more business talking to him about this ordeal. • I don’t want the general manager of Cape Coral Kia to reach out to me due to the bad experience I had after this letter. I have no business speaking to him either. • Rest assure that I don’t have any plans to go back to your dealership. • I am requesting to receive credit to my CFNA credit card ending in 0XX for the amount $500.00 or a check payable to me for the same amount. • The reason behind this request I am making that the repairs were never successfully made on my 2015 Kia Soul. • As I stated before, my check engine light is still on. • Attached are email transcripts between Ed White and myself and the technician Joshiah. • I would greatly appreciate if any of your corporate liaisons can reach out to me. • I have no business speaking to any member of management from Cape Coral Kia. "Horrible buying experience at Westshore Honda. Was very shocked to find this was apart of the Morgan Auto Group. Im sure this dealership is not the Morgan Auto Group standard. After hearing lots of similar buying experiences seems to be a very common trend; unethical and shady sales tactics. Seems like you guys need to make need to make some serious changes with upper management at Westshore Honda. Most incompetent and unprofessional business I have ever dealt with."
"I normally get my oil changed here for my 5000 miles but lately I've been getting my car to ask for oil change before its time? Plus other inexplicable needs that I have no issues with before?? This last time my car was smelling like burned and check oil it was black before the do date am not bringing it back here again becareful they give you things your car probably doesn't need or messed up your car just for you to take it there and take your money. O don't know is just doesn't sound right."
