"Have you ever seen the Seinfeld episode where he goes to the rental car agency and they do not have the car he reserved. "see, you know to take a reservation, you just don't know how to keep the reservation" I made a reservation for Thursday morning at 930 am. they called and said they didnt have any cars, that they would probably have something some time after 11 am. I never heard back from them. fortunately i suspected i wouldn't hear from them and i managed to get a car from Hertz. With all of the competition out there I wont need to use enterprise again anytime soon."

"They called to confirm my reservation 2 days prior and I confirmed. Day of they call and tell me no cars available and won’t have any until at least 10am. lol. Terribly managed. Use another rental company if you have a time sensitive pick up or want competent customer service. What is the point of calling me to confirm a reservation they have no intention to keep? It’s like Jerry Seinfeld said “they can take the reservation - they just can’t hold the reservation. And really that is the most important part of the reservation”"
