"My drs appointment is at 9 ..I live in Clearwater my appointment is in st Pete..my driver is still not at my house my pickup time was 7:55 .. this is the second time ..they done this to me .. so ride finally shows up at 8:45 .. nearly rear ends a car .. then cuts same car off and then pulls over to call his supervisor cuz I'm freaking out.. they threatened to call the cops on me ..Omar was the super visors name .. I called to make a complaint and no seems to care .. not even sunshine medicaid"
"A ride was scheduled for dr appointment I waited for 1hr in the mean time the appointment was canceled, sometimes it takes long to get another one. The operators are rude nasty and unprofessional, finally looking time later comes an hostile rude hispanic "woman, telling me , it's not a big deal you are not the only one. I can say the same for you. Could barely understand the creature, but she knew enough insults to go around. Call my boss if you want see if I care. The gal, entitlement and lack ofconscious. I believe they take rides that are longer to make more money. This little companies latch on medicare charge them and don't provide the ride. They fail to realize that without us there wouldn't be paychecks. They don't care if you miss an appointment that could save yr life. Disgusting parasites. Another lousy company is West Coast Transportation, they do the same thing."
