"We have driven Hyundais since 2002. I was looking into a Toyota for quite a while, until, on a whim, I drove a 2025 Pallisade. It is a phenomenal car- especially for the price. "I took my car in to have the AC repaired, and it turned into a nightmare. It took over a month to get my car back. The communication from this dealership was beyond terrible—practically nonexistent. My service advisor went on vacation without letting me know or passing my car information to another employee. This left me in the dark with no one available to answer my calls about when my car would be done or what was going on with it. The managers repeatedly promised to call me with updates but, unsurprisingly, rarely followed through. I had to go through three loaner vehicles while waiting, which only added to the frustration. One was terribly dirty with the check engine light on. (Pics attached) When they finally said my car was ready, I opened the door and found the interior filled with ants. Which was blamed on the “storm”. Even after they cleaned it, I still find ants crawling on me while I drive. To top it off, the general manager emailed me asking about my experience, and when I requested a call back to discuss the situation, he never responded to my emails. This level of disregard for customers is clearly the standard at this dealership. If you value your time, sanity, and vehicle, please do not go to this location."
