"I am definitely a pessimist when it comes to car dealers... they all lie and it seems they are all trained at the same school to pitch the same BS to every potential buyer. Not James and not Pro Toyz... this is the real deal straight up. Thoroughly enjoyed the back and forth interaction and the buying experience. Love the new (used) Jeep and it was exactly as described. "Great Experience. I do not like buying cars. I make it a big decision and stress out about it. James made it easy. It must be difficult for both buyer and seller. In my case I tend to be suspicious and do not understand how much work it is to sell a car, especially to someone like me. The no pressure, take it or leave it, and talking with the person who actually knows the car, really helped. He had the right car for me and was confident it was in good shape. "Personally I had positive experience with Pro Toyz. Found BMW thru CarGuru and send injury. Dealer James called me back and answered questions that I had. I liked the fact that he didn't put any 'sales pitch pressure" he simply answered questions about the car and emailed me additional photos that i asked. When we flew in to Tampa James picked us up at the airport on the car that I was buying. Whole process was flawless. Pro Toyz had a lot of antique muscle cars, but few new one's like my BMW as well.
