"Unbelievable service and experience from the beginning through the end. My car was hit so I got a rental car through my insurance company. I didn’t have rental coverage so I self paid but got a big discount for working with the dealership and insurance company and enterprise. Everyone was phenomenal from picking me up at the dealership through dropping me off at home when my car was finished. I’m normally pretty wary of rental car places but I never felt weird or like I was being taken advantage of at all. I would 100% recommend this place and will be back should I need a rental car again."
"Rented car due to accident, terrible service and very unprofessional. Would not pick me up, had the nerve to say short on help. The company that made its brand on "The company that picks you up." They literally stranded my son on the return process. The made every excuse: "had to arrive by 3:00 p.m., too late in the day, all drivers go home early on Friday." They kept calling me to return car, or its a customer pay without advance notice, turns out insurance company kept extending the rental. I had to do their job by calling the adjustor. GO TO ANOTHER RENTAL COMPANY, AS A CLAIMANT STATE FARM GOT AN EAR FULL REGARDING THIS COMPANY. I CALLED TO SPEAK TO DISTRICT MANAGER...NO CALL!!!"
"Very last minute rental. They didn’t have a compact but they had a truck. Trent is a solid dude. He informed me that you could smell smoke inside the initial truck they had available. So he got the same model truck from the location just up the street. What’s ironic is that I have guys I know that have trucks and I want or rather need one myself. So to drive one of the top line trucks on the streets was a blessing. It was the most perfect rental experience I’ve had thus far. I highly recommend dealing strictly with Trent. GOD bless and peace."
