"We got a decent price on the car we bought But the Customer service after the deal was and continues to be horrendous. They talk up a good game about being family if you buy from them but it's more like family as in the red headed step child. We has issues with the car within a week of getting the car and every time we call or go in it's the same excuse. " we don't have a mechanic on duty" the car had a flat tire when we went in to have it looked at and they wouldn't even put air in the tire. Not to mention all 4 tires were so dry rotted we had to buy tires within the 1st month of purchasing this car"

"March of last year they pushed a Cadillac ats on me even though it was not what I wanted. They never asked me what I was looking for or what my budget was. Didn’t show me any other cars. It was my first time getting a car. They got me to sign the contract for it. Right after I sign, I say I actually don’t want the car. They said I’d have to pay another $1,000 to get out of the contract in addition to the $1,000 down payment for the car. I didn’t have the money so I just took the car. I drive it home that night and realized they had stuck a black Velcro sticker on the dash, hiding the lights that were on. Engine light and tire monitor system. My heart dropped. I just needed a car for work. That’s when all my issues began. First week I had it, the tail light started going out. I spent the money to replace it. A month later, my engine is over heating and I’m having to pull over constantly and ride with no a/c and windows down. Found out the coolant hose was cracked and leaking. Okay I get it replaced. The whole time the tire monitor system is on too, or something about my gas tank would pop up. About another month goes by, while I’m in traffic, I roll my window down…and then it just falls inside the door. Won’t come up anymore. The window motor broke and my window got stuck inside the door. I had to ride around for two weeks with a trash bag over my drivers side window until I could afford to buy the window motor and pay someone to fix it for me. It literally rained everyday. Finally I get it fixed and I think that’s the last of my problems? No. Last month my engine light appeared and my car is overheating again. I have another coolant leak and it’s bad. I have not been able to use my car for some days. This car is not worth the price. I’ve paid literally around $4,000 on this car already plus what I’ve had to dish out of my pocket for repairs, and I still have to pay $19,000 more! I literally can’t afford this car and I don’t know how to get rid of it because I’m stupid and financed it through my credit card. I pay $360 a month for it and $416 for the insurance. I cannot keep it with the constant repairing it needs. I also found out this month that the car has been in an accident. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. YOU WILL REGRET IT. They are sleazy and took advantage of me seriously."

"Buying a car from Level Up Auto, was ABSOLUTELY THE WORST experience of my life. These people are nothing but con artists and Rizz was the worst of them all. I financed a car that only worked for 2 weeks, never once did they try to help me fix or to get into something different, all I got was threats of losing my down payment if I didn’t get the car. I had to do a self surrender, which is basically a repo all cause they sold me a piece of junk. I was more than willing to do whatever I needed to do to get out of the car and get something else, but they acted like they didn’t know who I was once I drove off the lot. I was really in a bind and took money from my 401k just trying to improve my situation and they made it 1000 times worse. I don’t recommend this place and I advise you to run from it. Currently in along this to court, but don’t end up like me and just STAY AWAY."
