"Only 1 star because there's no way to give negative stars . Stay away from these pieces of crap. The deck man mis lead us into a insurance charge we explicitly said we didn't want. Now they have charged $250 for excessive cleaning fees when noone was there to verify the condition when we picked it up! They gave us keys told us where it was and we got it and left. They charged us for regular cleaning because of some sand in the floor board and a few bottles. No stains or tears or anything. Rent from this garbage company at your own peril!!"

"If I could give negative stars, I would! Horrible experience from the start! The counter rep hid fees for insurance in the cost after we declined, hurried us through signing to get to the car so we didn't catch the fee difference until on the way to our hotel. We have never rented a car that was not walked through with a rep upon pick up or drop off for issues. When we returned the car, the deposit of $250 was refunded only to be charged back to our account weeks later for a "cleaning fee". They sent pictures of sand on the floor, we were in FLORIDA! When calling to dispute, we get sent to a foreign call center where the lady just said "well, you should have been charged a $450 fee instead". NEVER AGAIN! DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANY RENTALS!"

"Leo the manager here was a life saver. I rented a van from the downtown Clearwater location and had multiple problems with it, the biggest problem being an expired tag that would have caused problems on my trip. The location I rented it from absolutely refused to help in any way. I pulled up to this airport location and Leo took care of things immediately and followed through with fixing everything. Next time I'll be picking up from this location!"

"Terrible. The 2 out of 3 gentlemens working behind the counter acted like they didn't want to work. Very very slow not professional at all. 45 mins in line, the line kept getting longer n many people were getting frustrated. Picking up a rental car should be quick, easy, and professional. Also check your receipt, I was charged for insurance I didn't agree to. I contacted customer service after dropping the car off and they were able to remove the charge. They were super nice. I also told them the awful experience we had, and the issue with one of the tires being low."

"Even with the signs on the windows of our car about no smoking we could smell weed or a cigarette had to be used in the car. The outside was clean but they used a dirty towel to clean the inside of the windows. While renting the vehicle the man at the counter had his pin number canceled. So we had to wait ten minutes while he talked on the phone to reset his pin. Otherwise he was great and helpful."
