"Overall, the experience at PIE went smoothly. Checked in online and went straight to the lot at the airport. Our departure flight was delayed due to weather and we were a couple hours late picking up the car. I had reserved a full size sedan and there were none left so I was 'upgraded' to a mid-size SUV, which overall did not have as much passenger or luggage room. I had to pick up some other family members for a wedding and it was a little cramped, however the vehicle was clean and we made it work."

"I usually give 5 stars fir anything and just state my issue. The issue I had was I rented a van and paid more to have van. When arrived they said even though I rented and paid for a van and they had a van they would not rent to me since reservation wasn't 24 hours it was 22 hours. So I asked they put in writing and they said no and it's local policy. So I ended up getting an suv and paying van price. The receipt says a customer request which is not true. I feel sorry for those travelers who can only have a van so BEWARE at this PIE clearwater Enterprise location. Thankfully I contacted the FL attorney General office and filed a complaint so I am looking forward to having this policy unenforced for future travelers."
"We always rent through Allegiant airlines. We either get Alamo or Enterprise. We have had great service from both. We have had a few issues in the past, however they have always been taken care of promptly and with courtesy. This time all was great! We even got an upgrade. Mr. Peace was excellent when returning the car. Very cheerful even at 5 am."
