"If I could give ZERO stars I would!!!! The entire experience was HORRIBLE!!!!!! They were closer so no one to talk too! I wasted almost an hour chatting with 3 different reps who took forever to reply my every question!!!! Although I reserved online days ago They asked me for all the information AGAIN!!!! and because we had NY license they asked for a name n number to verify. Because my first 2 family members didn't pick up the pgon3 right away (mind you it was 830am) they insisted on getting a new contact n number instead of calling my family back. I literally went through half my contacts giving them a new number and contact each time because they refused to just call ones already given back. A whole hr later on a 4 hr rental!!! Either movers I was paying by the hour waiting dor me at my house!!!!!! I FINALLY got lock box code to get keys to truck only to get further infuriated because the hand trunk I paod for was missing!!!!!!!! We than had to find the nearest uhual 15 minutes out of our way to pick up a hand truck!!!!!!!!!!! I will NEVER EVER use them AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!! MY BLOOD IS STILL BOILING AND MY BLOOD PRESSURE THROUGH THE ROOF!!!!!! I also want to add that the truck had less than half a tank of gas in it which is exactly what they getting back!!!!!!"
