"After months of looking for a reliable SUV with low miles for a decent price and hitting dead ends everywhere, I was starting to think I would have to settle. "This dealer has engaged in untrustworthy and shady business practices; I would recommend caution if you must purchase a vehicle here. In one case, the dealer may have provided outdated and inaccurate documents about the condition of a car to mislead potential buyers. The car in question had been bought at an auction with reported frame damage. If a CarFax of the car was run during this time, it would not indicate any frame damage as it would still be updating. It is possible the vendor provided potential buyers with this old CarFax to increase the value he could sell the car for, given that the car was listed for sale around the normal price range of a structurally sound car. I reached out to the purchaser of this car, and they stated that the dealer did not disclose additional work that was needed on the car. In other cases, the vendor appears to have intentionally mismatched photos of the car he was selling. For example, he used photos from another car to represent the interior of the car being sold. The interior of the car being sold was in poorer condition than advertised, and this photo mismatch appears to be an attempt to hide that fact. History shows that this dealer's primary motivation is to make a quick buck, and he will forego the truth to that effect. It is your decision as to whether or not you can take the risk to your wallet and safety to purchase a vehicle from this dealer. Below is photographic evidence of my claims."
