Rent A Used Car Rental

"Don't believe the fake good reviews. Protect yourself and don't make the mistake of renting any cars here. I rented a car for three days and after 30 minutes realized the trunk was full of mildew and mold. (The trunk was not inspected at check out.) I had to drive to an important job interview with the windows down and ac on, to arrive smelling like mold to the interview. I reported this immediately, and they told me they have no other cars to offer me, I would get no credit for the rental, and I could "just drop it off." For the next 4 days, Nadine did not come to work, there was no one else to talk to, and I would have to wait for her return. When Nadine finally decided to return to work, I reached out to contact her. She was nothing but rude, defensive, and the worst business manager I have ever dealt with. Pay heed to all the other true bad reviews here. I seriously hope you pay $15 more and rent from a legitimate company and you are able to avoid the unacceptable, embarrassing situation that this company provided. They also short changed me on my deposit. Beware."

"The service was horrible. The steering wheel was too loose, the AC was super weak, and the radio light was broken. Would never recommend renting from this place and never going to rent from them again. The customer service was even worse then the car. The woman was very rude and nasty when I asked for a different vehicle."

"Live here locally but wife had our car on a trip. I needed a vehicle for misc. errands, etc. and figured I'd just see if I could find a "low cost" rental place. Well, this place had just what I was looking for. I didn't need a nearly-new, high-end Hertz; all I wanted was a reliable vehicle with AC. What I got was exactly what I needed. People that are posting negative reviews are, undoubtedly wanting top-tier vehicles and service from a low-cost vendor. Bottom line---I'd come back again."

"Excellent experience at Rent A Used Car. We are under 25 renters so all of the other mainstream rental companies charge outrageous underage fees. At rent a used car, no additional fees were added for age. Rental minivan was in good shape, going into it expecting a used car the condition of it was reasonable. Tim Springer at the front desk was extremely helpful, courteous, patient when registering us for our car. Even contacted our insurance company to ensure that we were covered in liability and collision. We rented for 6 days and didn't have any problems. Would recommend for anyone who doesn't really mind driving a used cars, and especially for people in their early 20's to avoid underage fees."
