"BAIT & SWITCH!! Very nice sales staff but the internet pricing is MISLEADING!!!! Was looking for a used car. My wife read the small print on the add which added over 4k to the advertised internet price. And sure enough….when we arrived every car we looked at was an additional $4k+ over the price we saw online. They have a way of presenting and manipulating the numbers to make you feel like you’re getting a good deal but you’re not. They offered me a new car over my stated budget…..$5k over list price out the door and suggested financing. Gave me a whole song and dance…….Ultimately we left without buying."

"HORRIBLE. DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP!! We got a 2018 Nissan Sentra from this dealership and the roof started completely rusting. We pay warranty for rust, so we brought it to them and they had the audacity to say that it’s paint not rust. So we brought our car to a well trusted auto repair company, and they told us that it’s DEFINITELY RUST, that it’s definitely covered by the warranty, and that THIS IS NOT THE ORIGINAL PAINT OF THE CAR. I mean, it’s a 2018 vehicle, the original paint wouldn’t have rusted that fast. They also told us that it probably had an accident that was not on the report that Lokey gave us. They gave us a report that said 0 accidents. HOW CAN YOU TRUST A DEALERSHIP WITH FAKE REPORTS? We brought the car back to Lokey, told them all the new info we had, and this time they gave us a report that yes it’s rust, but we can’t cover it. Oh, and the first time they gave us a report that it’s not rust, turns out they didn’t even write an actual report and didn’t send it to Nissan, cause we called Nissan ourselves and they told us that Lokey are denying us ever bringing our car for this issue. A bunch of liars that YOU CANNOT TRUST. DO NOT TRUST LOKEY NISSAN!!"
