"I originally gave this place 5 stars for the customer service experience. After having this car for about 9 months the issues that I am having are evident that bandaids were out in place to get the car off their lot. Very disappointed and will end up having to get rid of it for way less than the payments I have left in order to get a reliable vehicle. I had high hopes for retuning there for another vehicle in the future but if they can knowingly sell a car with the engine issues this one has and pretend it was all good and checked by their mechanic then i want no part of it. When I took it home I smelled gas and brought it back immediately-same day to next day- and was assured the mechanic checked it out and that maybe I drove through a gas puddle and the smell is it burning off. I still smell gas. There’s an oil leak at the main seal that’s about a 2000 fix. As well as the AC after many checks and tests is still a mystery why it’s not cooling off the cabin. And Florida that’s unacceptable. I love this car. But way too many problems. And they knew that. They had to. Disappointed"
