"Paul is an absolutely amazing and honest. He got me financed and into a great SUV for my family. I recommend anyone looking for a great used car to see Paul. I have done research for 3 weeks and made my final decision with Mills Auto"
"Do NOT trust anyone associated with any of the Mills car dealerships. I purchased a cooper mini and found out the milage had been rolled back. They only do enough to the car to get it off of the lot. Spend your money elsewhere. I used to be in the car business, and they are thief's. Don't shop for cars anywhere the Mill's name is associated."
"Very easy car buying experience. Paul was friendly and answered all of our questions. Truck seems to run ok no major work needed."
"If I could give less than 1 star, I would. I DO NOT recommend this dealership. We purchased a 2017 Hyundai Accent advertised with 45,560 miles from then, on Saturday at about 11 AM; we made a pit stop to get lunch and then drove home. We cleaned the car as it appeared to have not been cleaned, there was still paperwork from the previous owner and leftover food in the glove compartment. We decided to drive to the nearest Hyundai dealership to get a key fob and extra keys made as we only had one key. Halfway to the dealership, we started to lose power, the car stalled, would not accelerate, and we could not change gears. We pushed the vehicle to a safer spot, and by 2:30 PM we were contacting Mills Car Sales about the mechanic problems. Thankfully we were in a parking lot and safe, and we did not have an accident on the way there. They arranged for a tow truck to pick up the vehicle (for which we were very grateful). The tow truck arrived at our location by 4 PM. While the tow truck driver placed the car on the tow truck's bed, we observed transmission fluid on the floor. We have phone records and surveillance video to confirm times. We picked up the vehicle the following Tuesday at 5 PM, where the salesman (Paul) communicated to us that the transmission plug was missing. He even showed us pictures of the missing plug. We had spent all weekend researching a possible cause. We shared that THEY have confirmed our suspicions. TWO days later, the engine, the oil, and the tire pressure sensor lights turned on. We had the car inspected by trusted mechanic (worked with them for over 20 years). They discovered the following issues: -The transmission gasket is leaking. - Failed catalytic converter - Bad brakes (left front almost metal to metal) - Worn shocks - New tires are needed, along with two new tire pressure sensors. - Observed the passenger front tire assembly and the headlight are in a much newer condition than the rest of the car, with markings on the nuts and lines where they need to be retightened after a replacement. The mechanic suspected the vehicle was in an accident, and was not reported. - Due to the overall assessment of the car, they also, suspect the odometer was disconnected or replaced. Therefore, the recorded driven miles are inaccurate and the car has way more than the 45,560 miles reported. We reached out to Mills Car Sales by 4 PM and gave them the information we received from the mechanic, and what we observed, as we took pictures of the issues. We expressed our desire to return the car. We suggested taking the car to their trusted mechanic or a Hyundai dealership to confirm our findings and they refused, even affair of us doing so. A the time, we had only had the car for ten days, 3 of which were in their possession. Overall the car is in worst shape than we initially thought, and most of the issues could not be detected in a 15 - 20 min test drive around the block. We expected the car to be in a much better condition. Yes, it is a used vehicle, and a few issues are expected (oil change, possibly new breaks, and tires), but not with a BAD CATALYTIC CONVERTER, the LEAKING TRANSMISSION, new shocks, or a car with a POSSIBLE FRAUDULENT ODOMETER and an UNDISCLOSSED ACCIDENT. This is not buyer's remorse as prior to discovering all the mechanical issues, we purchased new floor mats, new key fobs, and had spare keys made, and scheduled a full and deep detail on the vehicle, which I had to cancel due to the dashboard light turning on. Our intent was to keep this vehicle for a long time. When we contacted them again, they said it was too late, and that the title paperwork had gone through. They also rejected all the options we gave them: return the car or sell it back to them at a loss, have the vehicle repaired by their trusted mechanic or a Hyundai dealership, and help with the repair costs (in total, over $5000). I do not believe they inspected the vehicle. DO NOT BUY from this place."
"Paul helped me buy my first official car and I couldn’t be happier with the experience!!! He took time to make sure everything worked correctly and I was getting a good deal. It has been two weeks now and I am so glad I chose Mills as my car dealer."
