"Great local family owned company. We arrived to our house after an absence to find the tanks rusted shut. Ferrellgas was horrible and unresponsive and said they would be out in about a week. Called St Joe and as a new customer account, they were amazing. They are sending someone out today and we have fired Ferrellgas. Since Ferrellgas bought Williams Panhandle, the customer service has gone to nothing. We want to support the local businesses not the big corporations who care nothing about you."
