"Good customer service, friendly staff, and efficient experience. Even though this office has gone though a lot of change over the last year, I had a good experience with my overall appointment. My Dental Hygeinist was very professional and clearly communicated the available treatment options. My only suggestion is updating the space for patients and Smiles employees. It seems a bit stark and outdated. And hopefully Lee County finally finishes the construction on Colonial Blvd / I-75 after 3+ years. The Smiles experience is about 10x more efficient and productive than FDOT construction. Ridiculous."

"After 20 years my family is leaving this family dentist office after being sold to a corporation. Unfortunately after our latest experience it is evident there is lack of professionalism and continuity at the front office. Upon checking out for my routine visit, I informed the front desk the next family member was on his way to his appointment. I asked if I needed to fill out any forms for him since he is a minor 17 and a consent form. Paperwork was completed, procedures confirmed AND paid for, I left. Twenty minutes later I get a call from my son. They will not clean his teeth without someone 18 years of age or older!! The front desk did not quickly resolved this issue, continued to make further mistakes during both of my boys appointments and did not professionally handle the situation. Furthermore, when I requested my records via email I was informed I needed to fill out a release form. The release form provided to me was not a blank form but another patients release form."

"Absolutely wonderful experience for my first cleaning at Smiles of Fort Myers. Sal did such a fantastic job! He was super professional and extremely personable. He explained everything to me in great detail and made me feel very comfortable which is rare. Most definitely one of the best experiences I have ever had at the dentist!"

"My hygienist is Michelle and she is terrific. She's thorough, professional, has a nice touch and explains everything she's doing. My only concern is the complete changeover of staff since the takeover by Smiles. So far, the new staff seem to be very nice. However, the new doctor I really liked moved to a different location within the company. I've seen 3 dentists in NJ in my entire adult life, and now I've seen 2 docs in 2 years. I'd like to see some stability from Smiles!!"

"I had a wonderful experience, didn’t have to wait long with an appointment. My Hygienist Myra did a great job on cleaning my teeth. She also explained to me the area I need to pay attention to. When brushing. Checking in and checking out was a pleasant experience with the staff."
