"I was referred to Pinellas Endodontics by my dentist for evaluation of two teeth that had been bothering me. The thought was that I might need root canals because there was no evidence of anything wrong with either tooth. From calling to make the appointment to the greeting I received when I got there to the one who did the evaluation and the doctor, everyone was genuinely friendly and caring. Oh and it was an unexpectedly pleasant surprise that when I called to schedule I actually got a person who answered the phone not an AI or recorded message that directs you here and there. To me right off the bat, that shows that you are important to them as a person. They were able to get me in the very next day. Again, that never happens unless you are deathly sick. And when I asked if the doctor runs on time, the receptionist said yes the doctors are always on time. Because they feel that the patient's time is valuable. WOW! I have never found a doctor who had that attitude towards their patients. Most don't care how long the patient have to wait. Sam did the testing on my teeth, and she was efficient and thorough. She was a delight. Very sweet and always concerned with my comfort. She is adorable! I was scheduled with Dr. Francisco Gari. When he came in I was again pleasantly surprised. He is soft spoken and has a very calm and gentle manner about him. After reviewing everything his opinion was that I did not need root canals but rather a mouth guard to wear at night because he suspects it is either a bite or a grinding issue. He suggested I go back to my dentist and ask him to make one for me, and try that for a couple months and see how it does. Again, pleasantly surprised. In my experience it is a rare thing these days to find a Dr who really cares about their patients and who is not out to get as much as they can by recommending procedures that are very likely NOT necessary. While I am VERY happy that I won't need to come back for root canals, I am equally happy to have experienced the incredible kindness and caring attitude that this entire office personifies. In a world that is becoming increasingly evil and crazy it is incredibly reassuring to find there truly are still wonderfully good, kind, and caring people to be found in unexpected places."

"So when you hear those dreaded word “You need a root canal!” We all get that pit in our stomach. Fear and trepidation hits you. After all that, you muster up the courage to move forward because the pain is worse than the root canal. Well, I was fortunate enough to be referred to Pinellas Endodontics in St.Pete. These folks are amazing. From the moment you check in, you start to feel a lot calmer than when you first walked in. Best way to describe my experience is the staff is courteous, friendly, kind and professional. Dr. Gari and his staff were amazing. Had me in the chair at 3:00pm and out the door within an hour. And I was an emergency referral. Can’t say enough good things about these folks."

"Horrible experience, would give a zero if I could. Dr. Williams and his assistant were very rude and did not listen to needs and requests. When I was told that my husband couldn't stay in the room with me, I stated then the appointment is over. My husband reiterated this point. At this point nothing had happened. Then the assistant pushed forward ignoring these statements by completing a painful exam. As an extremely high anxiety patient (which they were made well aware of), they certainly didn't seem to care. Cried from the moment I sat in the chair until I walked out in tears. Come to find out numerous friends had the same experience here. Do not recommend. If you would like to be treated in a caring manner, I HIGHLY recommend Tampa Bay Endodontics!"
