"My experience with the office staff has been horrible.Their level of professionalism is subpar. I had insurance and proper coverage when my procedure was done. I was told they had to confirm a waiting period with my insurance company. I paid out of pocket for dental services that same day. After several calls (one call I was placed on hold for almost 30 minutes ) the dental office just gave me the runaround that they were looking further into it and that there was a waiting period. I was advised to call my insurance company regarding this. I called them and was informed there was no waiting period. I called back the dental office again was told they were still waiting and were going to look into it and a manager was going to get involved with the situation. I never heard anything from them and nothing was resolved.I called back and they advised me to file a claim directly with the insurance company. I called them and was told there is no waiting period and then filed a claim with my insurance. I have received letters from my insurance company that they are waiting on the dental office to process the claim. I called my insurance again to see what the hold up is and they called the dental office while I was on the phone waiting to let them know there was NO waiting period and had questions regarding the claim. The dental office apparently hung up on the insurance representative before she could resolve anything. I called the dental office right after with my concerns about this situation and frustration with this ongoing situation. She reassured me that they had to confirm with my insurance company that there is no waiting period. I reassured her that there is none and that they have been trying to contact them (I have 3 letters from the insurance company I was told they were going to look into it, call my insurance again, let their manager know and expedite right away. I still did not get a call back at the end of today. I have been through this before with them and no follow up from the manager or office staff. Manager Mark Ferioli ( never heard from him) Alexis office staff Hailey office staff ( They are the two women I have spoken over the phone during this whole time)"

"Incompetent insurance processing. Had us pay ahead of time for a procedure that is fully covered. They told us that there was a waiting period for our insurance company which is not true. The insurance company has vehemently assured us that there is no waiting period. The insurance company and I have been reaching out to Belleair Oral Surgery with zero progress and effort on their part. This is because we paid them upfront and in full! Our insurance company has been reaching out to them as well yet have neglected to process the insurance claim. We three-wayed called Bellair Oral Surgery with the insurance company and they were short, dismissive, and acted like they didn’t have time to deal with this. No priority or sense of service to their customer. Stay away and deal with an honest Oral Surgery Center!!!"

"First and for most I want to inform anyone looking for painless easy and amazing customer service and dental work go here! To start off Hailey at front desk was first the best impression in my decision with this dental office walking in the front door, she is a amazing, sweet and down to earth employee to have and you can tell she really cares about you and in what she does and is very knowledgable in her profession a lot of these places will treat you like your just a number not with her and not here in general! Now the doctor is an awesome gentleman very cool, down to earth and overall you can tell he knows what he’s doing and take it from me he does and does a great job, don’t go anywhere else hats off to surgeon, Hailey at front desk and the remaining of the staff that is there! 5 star all the way would give a 10 if I could!"

"Awesome and friendly staff! I had to get my wisdom teeth pulled and I’ve never had an IV before so I was incredibly nervous. They walked me through all the steps as they happened and really made me feel at ease! Gave me very detailed aftercare instructions and submitted my prescription to CVS right away. Overall, I’m really glad I was referred to this place."
