"Went in with my father and fiancé to see about purchasing myself and my younger brother cars. Wasn’t greeted when we arrived and everyone was sitting around talking and drinking sodas. Asked to talk to someone inside as it was pretty hot outside and I didn’t want to stand there any longer. I told them our price range and rather than directing me to cars they steered asking me all about loans. When I asked if she could simply just tell where the cars in my price range were, she instead went to go talk to the “big bosses” about my loan. I was confused as that wasn’t even what I was asking. She then came back and told me what I could and couldn’t do with my loan even though it wasn’t through them and I hadn’t even looked at any cars yet, so we just walked out in the middle of her talking. I don’t know if it was a prejudice thing or if the heat was getting to her but this is definitely not a place that anyone in their right mind should go to buy a car. I feel that the company has gotten so big they think they can act any kind of way but that type of thinking is going to bite them in the rear soon."
"Aaron Babb sold me a truck and misdocumented the mileage and the truck is having issues and not drivable after going through all kinds of problems from the get go. Now it’s sitting at the shop for warranty repairs and they(finance company) won’t fix it because it has less miles than were reported at purchase. The dealership will not help me with fixing this issue after I’ve been back and forth. All they do is point fingers instead of resolving the issue. Now I’ve had my truck for about 4 months but it’s only been in my possession for a month and a half total. Do not buy a vehicle from here, they don’t even service the fresh trade ins, they just throw somebody in a used vehicle and say good luck. “Warranty will fix it” “the finance company will fix it” I should’ve never went there."
