"Keke, the front desk young lady, was incredibly helpful with my rental. My car broke down in Pensacola the night before, and after a Toyota employee brought me to Hertz, Keke assisted me in getting a rental. She not only provided excellent service but also helped me save money. Throughout the week, I called her several times with questions and to adjust my insurance coverage, and she was always very helpful. I appreciate all of your help and you deserve the 5 star rating all the way LA, CA!"

"I am not one to leave reviews, but felt so inclined after my experience with Hertz in Pensacola! Upon returning our rental, we forgot our daughter’s stroller in the back of the rental, trying to get out of the rain quickly and into our Uber. I called the location the next morning and KeKe was, very very helpful and was so kind to send an employee with our stroller to the nearest FedEx, where we were able to purchase shipping and get our stroller returned to us. It was refreshing for a change to have such great customer, service and individuals going above and beyond their call of duty to help their customers. We cannot thank KeKe and her team enough!"

"I went through this hertz for my rental for my birthday. When I had initially called they said there would be no extra fees. When I get there, there was a $200 fee for reassurance you brought your car back and would be refunded within a week. Okay whatever, I can do that. Once I returned it and got home I saw there was no refund, I reached out and they could confirm I got the car back on time with no damage and gave me numbers to call to figure out what happened with the refund. Long story short the person I talked to pretended she had no idea what I was talking about, and hung up on me three times. Gave me false numbers to call that got me no where. I tried to go through my bank, but hertz would not cooperate with them either. This is a huge chunk of money to literally STEAL from your customers. It’s pathetic. I will never work with you again and will steer others from using you as well. I would like my refund back now. You will be hearing from me again."
