"It's the closest Shell station and one of very few in the Naples area.. it always has overflowing garbage cans and the store which is attached to a horrible McDonald's is cluttered and the employees I've encountered so far are never friendly.. this place definitely needs a overhaul.. I only get gas here because I have a shell card so I get 15¢ off a gallon otherwise you'll always pay at least 10¢ more than anywhere else."

"Store staffs were rude.. I swiped my card then I told them, that I have a membership, they were reluctant in cancelling the transaction and using my membership. Even though it is my mistake, i have not told about membership, I expect them to handle it polite.. You cannot expect all customers to share the membership number first before using the card.. Finally the transaction was cancelled and he added my member number and given the member discount of 5 cents per gallon... Make sure to share your member number before swiping the card, to avoid conflicts with the store staffs.."
