"July 17, 2024 - Once again the pump did not print a receipt, requiring me to stand in line at a register to get one. The clerk said the pump might be out of paper. Very inconvenient. Downgrading my previous five star rating to one star, because this same problem persists, even after a regional manager took specific action to fix it. . June 21, 2024 - After contacting Chevron about this station's deficiencies, I received quick, personal responses from the corporation. The regional franchise manager also responded, letting me know that have corrected both the receipt and credit card issues. So I paid a visit today, and all worked just fine. Not only was the gas price no higher than unbranded gasoline, but this station has large, crisp transaction screens with high contrast that are easy to read. Please note that Chevron is a TopTier brand gasoline... look it up. Changing one star to five. . June 8, 2024 - Must pay with cash. No longer accepts credit cards. Changing 2 stars to one. . May 25, 2024 - Good price for regular, but about $1.00 more for premium. Once again, the pump printer didn't work, thus requiring another annoying trip to get in line for the cashier to provide a receipt. Changing 4 stars to 2 stars. . April 29, 2024 - Good price for regular and the pump printer worked. Changing to 4 stars. . March Feb 23, 2024 - This location now used to be a Shell station, now a Chevron station, which is also a Top Tier® brand (look it up). The prices today are excellent - just 2¢ more than nearby unbranded gas. But the inconvenience remains. The defective printer at the pump required me going into the store to get a receipt. I had to wait while the clerk sought instructions from another employee. 2 stars!"
