"A crunchy baguette gluten free??? It seems like a dream! What a wonderful artisan bakery 100% gluten free. The service is exceptional and excited to offer you sans gluten treats like cookies, muffins, bagels, and cake pops. They also have dinner rolls, hamburger and hot dog rolls, sourdough bread and French baguettes. I had a blueberry bagel toasted with whipped cream cheese. Delicious! Dense and soft, not at all gritty. They have multiple dairy free and vegan options too. The freezer is stocked with take home frozen breads as well."

"This place might need to familiarize themselves with the ADA laws and requirements as it relates to service dogs. I hadn’t even finished opening the door before the person behind the counter immediately yelled “no dogs!” as opposed to “is this a service dog?” and “what tasks does this service dog perform?”. So unfortunately I can’t speak to the quality of the food, only the service and atmosphere. But given that one experience, I’d suggest those with disabilities reliant on a service dog go elsewhere."
"Incredible gluten free bakery in the heart of St Pete. So clean. Owner and staff is so kind. I love that it is a dedicated gluten free facility. Great to get bread for the week. Bagels in the morning, but they do sell out. They offer regular or vegan cream cheese for the bagels which is great. Cannot recommend this place enough."
