"Very appreciative and impressed!! I made a suggestion one day to PLEASE get Coke Zero at their fountain drinks. I pass right by here almost daily and I use the bathroom here often as it’s convenient. I mentioned that I end up going to another gas station intentionally because they have Coke Zero but this Shell station didn’t…. Within a matter of only a few days I walked in and they greeted me and told me they got Coke Zero! It’s so nice to feel heard when people typically just pass by and ignore each other. And it gives me that more local business in the community feeling…Thank you so much!"
"I wanted gas and a car wash because I would get 10 cents off every gallon with car wash purchase. When I try to do it at the pump it was only give me $0.05 a gallon off. So I went inside and they told me the $0.10 it's only a cash deal and it specifically said so on the sign. This was not true I took a picture of the sign and it doesn't say anything about cash and the basic Car Wash which I wanted was supposed to be $5. They charged me $8 saying that is also on the sign that I have to pay more for the car wash. I use the car wash regularly as I have a monthly pass but this car I was driving does not have a monthly pass I will never put gas at the Shell station anymore. This is no reflection on the car wash which I think is separately owned but only on this gas station. Two employees in the gas station lied about the cash price. I am posting pictures of the sign with this post."
