"We went in for some ice cream and smoothies and it took over 30 minutes to get 4 scoops of ice cream and 2 smoothies. One of the smoothies was not edible and looked like something that was already ate and regurgitated…. None of the workers seem to know what they were doing at all. There was only 6 of us and no one else was there and there was 4 people working. Would never go back or recommend to my worst enemy"
"Some guy with a weird mustache told me i couldn’t add donut holes at the window. Store policy. There was nobody in line or inside. Place was deserted. Only asked to add an order of donut holes. Seems like a poor way to do business. Seems mighty full of himself and proud for refusing to sell me something. Big ego guy hurting a local business."

"I pass this location daily but never stopped until today... this location never seems too busy and today I found out why... the portion of ice cream I received on my cone was extremely small... it didn't even fill up the top of the cone (please see photo)... as I bit into the cone, it was very stale, and that may be because he used the cone that was on the display thing and not a fresh one out of the dispenser... after pushing my ice cream down into the cone, by my second bite of stale cake, I could not eat anymore of it and promptly asked for a refund... I went to Baskin Robbins because I did not want a soft serve cone, but ended up at DQ anyways... I should have gone to DQ in the first place..."
