"This new location is HORRIBLE. They get my order wrong each time and then say that I didn’t order it right. And then tried to charge me extra making it a whole scene instead of having good customer service and just bringing me the correct sandwich. One thing I love about Chick-fil-A is how kind they are but yikes not here. Blaming customers for your mistake… not cool. Not coming to this location again"
"This is the WORST Chick fil a I’ve ever been to. Every time I come here it’s always something. They leave something out of my order, I sit in line forever, the workers are always rude. Every single time so rude. I sat in the drive through line this morning for 15 minutes, they didn’t include one of my items in my bag, so I pull around to go in and get it, stand in the lobby for 10 minutes waiting on someone to help me just get the biscuit I paid for. Again the interactions SO RUDE. They do not care, truly. It was the same way at the old location nothings changed except the building. Don’t waste your time here."
"I ordered my chicken sandwich online, I went in, was greeted by perky teenagers and I picked up my sandwich…. I’m not sure what people are expecting. The door setup is kind of confusing though so I demand that they promptly rebuild half the building(sarcasm)!.… I enjoyed a good sandwich"
"I never come to Chick-fil-A because I don’t share many of the same values (I highly value and support the LGBT community), but wanted to bring my nephew for lunch because he had a free brownie coupon he wanted to use. We came to the new location and while it is beautiful, we left because we were seated and told that a waitress would be with us soon. We sat and waited, we had to sit outside because there was no place to sit inside because the dining area is pretty small. We were ready to order and don’t like the concept of having to sit and wait for a busy waitress to come and take our order at a fast food restaurant. We left and headed over to McDonald’s where we could order quickly and get our food quickly. If I want to wait for a service person, I’ll go to a sit down restaurant."
"I recently visited the newly opened Chick-fil-A in Tyrone for breakfast on a Monday morning, hoping to treat my son and co-worker. The breakfast was good, and the staff were extremely friendly. I noticed a new employee at the register who appeared quite nervous, but he managed well and provided satisfactory service. After finishing our meal inside the restaurant, I went to get a refill. The staff was happy to assist with that. However, I encountered an issue with the paper straws provided. While it wasn't a big deal for me personally, as I could simply drink from the cup, I noticed an employee in the dining area with what appeared to be a milkshake and a plastic straw. I decided to ask for a plastic straw for my refill, assuming it would make my journey to the next destination more pleasant. Unfortunately, my request was denied, as I was told by a staff member that the plastic straws were kept as backups only. This policy was disappointing, considering my difficulties with paper straws. While I appreciate the overall service and quality of food, this particular issue detracted from my experience. I hope Chick-fil-A can reconsider their straw policy to accommodate all customers better."
