"Walked in around 4 PM on 08/18 to open up a new line. We were never greeted while waiting for ~ 25 minutes. Totally cool as the two reps were busy with customers. One rep ends up on the phone with T-Mobile and for whatever reason started to get upset with the rep on the phone. He hung up on them and proceeded to redial. roughly 20-25 minutes into waiting, the guest at the further counter sat at the benches in the middle of the room, but we were never called over so I assumed they were still working together. Another gentleman at this time walked into the store and passes us, walking over to the middle of the room and waiting behind the two guests being served. I thought this was odd, as we were very obviously in line waiting. Within a few minutes, the representative at the desk greeted him, asking how he was, and how the rep could be of help. At this point, I butted in really quickly and politely explained we had been waiting first, to which we were abruptly cut off with what was essentially a condescending, inappropriate, and disrespectful tone. “I know! I know you are there!…”. At this point I decided I no longer wanted to do business here and left - he said something again as we were leaving but I did not catch it. Went across the street and opened a line elsewhere. Customer the rep was helping ended up at the same store as us and we all laughed about it."
"The “store manager” shana is rude and unprofessional ! Horrible human to work in customer service! I was with tmobile for over 9 years and i had to leave because of work issues and i just needed help with a refund on my account since I over paid $197. She wasnt helpful at all thank god the customer service rep was helpful and the call was recorded and being sent to corporate!"
"Went in and got a new phone from Jose he is the best !! Also offered me a free watch and tablet on promotion . Deff recommend"
"the worst store, they don't change the devices (home internet), terrible costumer services, from another store to supposedly change it and neither, they make you waste your time, for nothing; I called costumer services before and they guaranteed the process, that is, these stores do not comply with their policies, only when it generates cash, they are shameless; terrible costumer services"
"Edit on positive review! Two days after in store help from Bebe. My replacement watch came in and I was rejected exchange for an imperfection on the glass. I am furious after hours invested in getting the runaround! T-mobile has no regard for long-term customers. Almost 20 years and countless phones and this watch problem has proven that companies don't care about customers other than the monthly fee they collect. Between the service issues and the watch issues I have over ten hours of my time waisted. My time is valuable and T-mobile could care less. I am done with them. If I am to get bad, bad service I should be paying less and I will. Bebe was so helpful in get things straight with my smart watch malfunction and setting me up to have my data secured and helping with the warranty."
