For the short time I was there Shana L handled questions about shipments, policy, what's in stock, membership while still greeting everyone who came in and offering help and answering phone while being the only person working. Super courteous, professional, and efficent. Definitely deserves a bonus and promotion"

"This rating is for the douche bag Reggie. Who hired him? Probably one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had, so he kicked me out of the store because his “computer systems were down”. Had to wait in my car for 20 minutes, only to be told afterwards that he couldn’t help me with my exchange, basically refusing it, when the receipt stated I can exchange new defective equipment for same item. Then he tried lying saying it was past 30 days, when it wasn’t. He gave me reasons not to help me. Completely unprofessional, didn’t have his name tag on, and super disrespectful. Do not go here!"

"After many years of this being my GS home store I Unfortunately taking my business else where. This new addition staff just really need to work on their knowledge and customer service skills. This suppose to be a kid friendly place. I've had a few bad experience where I was left feeling like I wasted my time even going there but This last experience was horrible. I had a controller that needed to be replace since I got the insurance it should've been an easy transaction but No it wasn't. Them actually having the same controller there just a difference in color. The guy made me go to coconut point where they exchange it for me and were surprised they sent me to them. That guy suck he's extremely rude to customers and don't know anything. Their standards has really lower. I had it with them this staff don't know anything about games or even attempt to try to find the info on things. This isn't a friendly informative place anymore. I'm taking my business elsewher sorry."

"I just came to this Game Stop store, it’s right now 07:00pm by the Edison Mall in Fort Myers FL and I found it close when google maps says it’s still open until 09:00pm. That’s completely disappointed because I just waste my time driving to that store and it’s close"
