"Wow, where to start.? First, I called the store to tell them that I was looking for a solution for my home in case my main Internet went out. They said that they had several options that were high-speed/5G. I said do you have those in stock and he said yes . I asked him how the coverage was where I lived and he said I’d have to go out to the website and put in my address instead of just asking me for my address and looking up for me. That’s not a big deal however when I got to the website, I noticed that they had several options For 5G hotspots. I drove 30 minutes to the store to find out that they had no 5G hotspots at all in stock which really frustrated me since I made the trip out there after I called them to verify that they had them in stock. Also, I asked him what the milliamp were on the battery For the hotspot and he said I don’t know. He didn’t even look it up. Then he said I could backward the product which I wanted to pick it up since I made an hour round-trip drive. The whole customer experience sucked. They were three employees in the store and no customers, and it still took them 20 minutes to open the safe to tell me they had no 5G hotspots in stock. What a pathetic experience, I’ll never go back to T-Mobile."
