"Snow and Ryan were awesome to deal with. Snow made a trip from the Hernando store to this location specifically to get my new devices activated and new plan set up. Ryan was awesome about keeping the hour that it took Snow to get there upbeat and conversational. These guys are awesome, simply put. Go see them for your comm devices needs! You can't go wrong with those guys! Highly recommended by myself and K9 Yokai!"

"If I could give zero stars I would! Do not be fooled like we were. This store has the large Verizon signage to lure you in. However, it isn’t until you receive your receipt that you are made aware that they are “Victra independently operated” as a “Verizon authorized retailer”. We have been Verizon wireless customers for more than 25 years and have never been scammed like this. I can’t believe Verizon even allows this type of sham under their name. The manager Jason is quite the shyster! We didn’t ask for a new plan when we came in to look into the 5g internet. However, he put on the act of being so helpful as to “let me look and see if I can save you guys some money if we put you on a new plan bundle”. The said plan included adding a second line to my husband’s existing phone, a line we have no use for & expressed such. Jason convinced us it was ok, we didn’t need to use it, but adding it at “no cost to us today or on our bill” was just part of the new plan package to save us on our month bill. All of that help went down the toilet when we returned to the store to have this line removed because lo and behold, our bill increased $85 by adding this secondary unnecessary line. At which time, he denied being the one to do it and tried to brush us off stating, “ I don’t know it must be prorated fees.” Yes, Snow was our original salesperson who set us up with the 5g, but he had to tend to another customer so Jason stepped in and took over which is when he suggested the new plan. I see it all clearly now, he made commission on this new plan & got to deny being the one to do so because it was all under Snow’s name on the receipt. By the way, if you read this, Snow, your manager threw you right under the bus today & took no credit for his wrongdoing blaming it all on you. I’d be looking for a better job! So lesson learned for the price of two phone “set up fees of 39.99 and a $29.99 set up fee for the 5g” which weren’t disclosed as being in addition to the activation fee charges we would be receiving on our Verizon bill. Don’t want anyone else getting scammed like we did. I did feel a bit of satisfaction as I let a potential customer know as they walked in today that this is NOT an official Verizon store while he could overhear the extremely unprofessional clown, Jason on speakerphone as he talked down to us and took no responsibility or action to help. You’re welcome for that one Victra!"

"Shopper be warned!!!! This place is an authorized dealer not a Verizon corporation. They charge extra fees, but do not disclose them. They call them set up fees when you think you’re just gonna get the one activation fee from Verizon. They tell you they can save you money on your plan and you spend an hour in their store while they update your plan and you end up with your next bill $289 more than your previous bill. This is more than doubling your reoccurring bill. When you go in nicely to try to figure it out, they tell you there’s nothing they can do and try to tell you it’s just proration. When they show them the details of the bill and prove it’s not just proration they tell you there’s nothing they can do. They have zero customer service when it comes to trying to correct something. However, they’ve got the salesmanship down perfectly when you go in there for your first time you will feel like they are all so nice and knowledgeable. They got all the smiles and the charisma, but they have nothing to back it up when it’s completely screwed up in the end. I would highly recommend you do not use this store for any services. They do not care about their customers and they have zero responsibility for anything that they do on your behalf with Verizon. Just remember, they are not a Verizon store. They’re just an authorized agent and that Verizon sign out front should be ripped off the building it’s false advertisement."
