"STAY AWAY/BUYERS BEWARE!!! This is hands down the worst business I have ever dealt in my whole life. This company is ran by a handful of uneducated, incompetent, dishonest thieves. Brad, the individual I have been fighting with to get my simple order complete for over a month now, has showed what kind of low values and morals this business has. I ordered 10 refurbished laptops with chargers and extra batteries from this company over a month ago. I received the laptops, but not the chargers, so I called. I had to call over and over for 2 weeks to be told every time by Brad that my chargers would be sent out at the end of the day with tracking. That was not the case so I had to open up a ticket on PayPal and Brad finally called me demanding to remove the ticket because he would send the chargers at the end of the day. Guess what? That incompetent employee never sent them out and after calling him again he finally sent them out. I received the chargers and found laptops that were not functioning so I had to call back, again I talked to Brad and asked for a shipping label to send back the defective items, and like before I was told that at the end of the day he would send it via email, but it took this company 1 week of me calling it and demanding it. So they finally sent it out. I was told by brad and I quote “ brotha just send us the tracking info and we will send you out your replacements as soon as we see the items are in transit” . I called and sent him the tracking information and after a day or 2 of not hearing back from him I called, and brad stated that he need to talk to the owner about sending the replacements. I responded and told him that he stated that he would do it during the items were in transit! and this idiot told me “ well brotha I never said that, but I will tell the owner you misheard me and it was your fault this way he can send them out today” so he wanted to blame me to cover his butt. So after being told for a good week that my items would be shipped out. I called again on Thursday. Like always brad told me “brotha we will send it out at the end of the day” he then gave me his word that it would be taken care of. Now its Saturday and no email or call. It’s been over a month and I am still fighting with these thieves to get my replacements. !!Stay away from this company it’s a giant scam and they will take you for a loop to steal all your money!!"
