"I went into the store today 6/12/2023 @ 11.30am to add a line to my 20 year account with Verizon. I first was floored this man did not get up to greet me he said nothing until I finally made it to the back of the store where he was sitting. I explained what I wanted ... he said he would go back and check, the phone I wanted he needed to order which I was okay with it. His attitude was getting worse like I was bothering him so I got up and walked out explaining how rude he was and a sale was walking out there door. So I got in my car and drove to the Largo store 2351 101st St N, Largo, FL 33771 and Chris was amazing there. He find a store that had the phone I wanted and I am always going to the Largo. This store needs to get better employees totally unacceptable to be a customer for 20 years and be treated like I was. Shame on you!"

"Terrible service. Didn't even acknowledge me after I walked in. He only stared at us. After I said hi to him, he told me he doesn't know how long what he's doing will take. Only one other customer inside the store besides my boyfriend and I. Maybe take some multicultural and customer service course to be a better rep. He also referred me to another store because he was too lazy to help me at 4:00 pm on a Sunday"
