"So today my kids cat was killed in the road. She unfortunately was killed sometime over night or in the morning . My wife found her while taking the kids to bus, luckily they didn't see. While upset, hurting, crying a black truck hit her again while my wife stood next to her to get her out of the road. Then Delaware county truck came. After hitting our pet once my wife waved to the county truck to slow down. To stop. The county truck hit our dead pet again. These people are un-compassionate, uncaring, sadistic people. They could have turned a bad moment into a moment of kindness. They could have stopped and kindness. Instead they added to the horrible moment. Then when my mom helped get our pet out of the road the second state truck had to stop and wait. They sat in the truck. Listening to my wife windows rolled up again not helping, not caring. People can be better then this."
