Reviews
"My family had a great time on the Glimmerglass Queen tour boat. The Captain and her crew are very accommodating and friendly. They went above and beyond to ensure that we had an enjoyable time. I highly recommend this experience."
"I was hesitant on whether or not I wanted to write a review but I wish I could give zero stars. Last Monday the 19th as I was waiting to board the captain decided that she was going to single me out in front of others waiting to board and body shamed me not only in front of strangers but also my family. She walked up to me and offered for me to board first so I could either sit on a metal chair or upstairs on a metal bench. She claimed she didn't want me to get hurt but I'm all reality she was looking at my weight. I was appalled at that that I had no reaction. I've never been body shamed I'm my life. I not only didn't want to go on the ride but I wanted to go home. It ruined my vacation. For someone who works in customer service you really should watch how you approach people and the way you speak. You never know what someone is going through"
"This boat ride cost my family $90β¦.2 adults and 4 children. All children are $13, no matter what age. The ride is about an hour long and does not go the entire length of the lake. A quick recording plays in the beginning, but it is otherwise just a 30 minute ride out and 30 minutes back. The boat is clean and the staff were very friendly, but the experience was not worth the cost in my opinion."
"Beautiful Day! Beautiful Cruise! This is the best way to enjoy the lake and listen to the background of the Tower on the shore. We will do it again next summer! Ticket came with hotel stay, but I'd buy one to go again."
