"This courthouse is a joke. Got a speeding ticket, plead not guilty by mail, never got a court date summons, then got a notice of suspension letter for my license. I finally got a court date, plead not guilty, only for it to be a day without a DA so I had to come back a few weeks later, wait for 3 hours, not even talk to the DA, and got an offer for my ticket to be reduced but I still left with 2 points on my license when my record was clean. Went back to pay the fine for the ticket and was greeted with the ever so popular “back in 10 minutes sign”. Word of advice, don’t ever get pulled over in Frankfort."

"Yes, the wait was lengthy, but I've also dropped the ball on my end. The court was gracious enough to me, concerning my traffic matters that were resolved. I was treated respectfully and with dignity."

"If I could get a -100 review I would. This town clerk, Susan DiSano, probably the last person I would ever put in contact with humans, let alone in charge of something that could potentially ruin a persons life, since I’m sure she’d get off on doing that. The hours of operation are near impossible to work around, and I had asked this clerk if they’ve gotten negative reviews because of the hours of operation and she said word for word “I don’t care about the reviews.” Yeah, clearly lady. Then when you finally do have the time, because you too work for the state and get mandated 16 hours a day, past the 4 hours, 3 days a week that they’re open, after they require you to pay a ticket IN PERSON for something as small as a month expired inspection, they tell you you’re all set and then months later, find out you only paid a lift order oh and then tells you that you could’ve paid it by mail. I could write a novel on all of the things that went completely wrong during a 3 minute (due to her hanging up on me) conversation with this woman. Town of Frankfort, fire this woman and be more available for the people to get their stuff completed because currently, you’re causing more harm than doing any good."

"Worst court I’ve ever dealt with they are no help at all the clerk is rude and could care less to help you or not. Been fighting the same ticket for over a year I never hear anything from the court then get a letter my license is getting suspended. Don’t recommend getting pulled in Frankfort"
