"Was looking at a property. Was told very urgently that the sellers would be happy to owner finance. Wasted pretty much 2 days of my time looking at the property, signing papers, and transferring money for all the closing costs and escrow costs and then get a call at 1030am 2 days later saying they changed their mind? Thanks for wasting 2 days of my time for nothing. I couldve been looking for other properties. I got all hyped up about the propety signed the papers now nothing to show for it. Not even an apology. Not sure what im going to say to the contractors i had lined up for the property i was PROMISED. Thanks John Mitchell. Fantastic. Very PROFESSIONAL."
